Why another cooking tutorial? And why am I speaking English today? Because every Sunday for me is a great cooking day. In reality I wish I had more time to cook everyday but – as you all can imagine – I run, run, run everyday and fight with the timing of working, cleaning, going out, reading, writing and so on..
Anyway I had the fortune to live 2 years in Scotland and I remember that I was like “chef number one” because I was able to cook a peperonata!!! Great experience. Very often abroad our cuisine is thought to be excellent but very difficult. Well NOT TRUE. Italian food is very creative, healthy and easy to realize so today when I decided to cook the Parmigiana following my mother’s recipe I thought it would have been fun to prepare a video tutorial to show how to make it in an easy and ironic way.
It came out my very first cooking tutorial. The video editing is by Giulio Pascali (CitymakersGT) while the idea, the design and the production are mine. I hope you enjoy it as I did. Let me know!!!
